CUTCOOL SS 320 is a semi-synthetic cutting coolant that fully fortified with biocide, corrosion inhibitors, and wetting agents. Applications which can be performed with Cutcool SS320 range from light duty to medium duty on both ferrous and non-ferrous operations. Such operations may include grinding, milling, turning, and drilling.
Specially developed proprietary chemical formulation forms a stable translucent emulsion providing excellent tool life and surface finish and long term resistance to bacterial and fungal attack. This product also perform well in centerless and cylindrical form grinding.
CUTCOOL SS 320 is compatible with a very wide range of materials including cast iron, steels and copper alloys as well as plastics and composites.
