Product Descriptions
L-MPSS-4
- A medium pH high performance semi-synthetic, emulsion based machining coolant.
- For all type of machining process on Steel, Cast Iron, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel.
- Can be used for both individual and centralized coolant system on various machines.
- Machining on Steel, Cast Iron, Aerospace Aluminium 6061 T6 and 7075 T6 parts, Defense equipment,
communication equipment and other.
- Lower consumption has been experienced in most cases.
- Specialist designed for Heat Sink, Automotive, sintered metal and Camera parts. It is
non-staining to 7075 T6 and 6061 T6 Aluminium.
Usage:
It is recommended to add the concentrate into water (Soft water < 50 PPM) at minimum 5 % for Aluminum
machining. For Cast Iron, Sintered Steel and Stainless Steel, add 2 % to recommendation range. For
example:
1. Milling, Turning, Drilling, Tapping and Reaming 5 - 10%
2. Broaching >10%
3. Deep Drilling >10%
4. Surface Grinding 5%
5. Cylindrical and Centreless Grinding 6%
6. Mirror finishing on 6061 T6 Aluminium using Single Crystal Diamond 5 to 10 %
Mirror finishing using ULTRACOOL SS4@ 10% on 6061 T6 and 7075 T6 using SCD tools always provide
longer tool.
